Starshop moto offers this front wheel from Alpina to convert your TM from 2003 to 2020 into a TUBELESS supermotard version, the size is 3.5 X 17 with a forged rim.

It is also available in a front wheel size of 3.5 X 16.5 or 3.5 X 16.
