Description
Autonomous battery-free SP electronic shifter kit with push rod sensor, compression sensor mounting:
The Sp Electronics EQS shifter kit allows you to shift gears on the fly without cutting the throttle or touching the clutch, saving you time in your runs and competitions on your 50 cc as well as on all other displacements. A micro-cut is made at ignition with each press on the sensor located on the push rod. The sensor presented here is a compression sensor, meaning it compresses when you shift up. For mounting this sensor, we recommend also ordering the appropriately sized rod, which is your original rod length – 50mm (link to order the rod here).
This complete kit with electronic box, sensor, and wiring harness is very easy and quick to install. This SP Electronic shifter kit is specifically designed for all single-cylinder motorcycles of the supermotard, cross, enduro type, 2-stroke or 4-stroke with carburetor only, and it is also particularly suitable for PVL ignitions (Most or Bidalot) or MVT DD. For example, the internal rotor ignitions Derbi and AM6 of your 50cc, battery-free, but also 4-stroke carbureted engines like pitbikes or mini GP (ohvale, bucci, YCF…).
The CDI box and the coil must be of the type separated by a wire for shifter mounting. You can adjust the cut time from 40 to 64 ms using 12 micro switches. Dimensions of the box are 70x35x20 mm.
You can install this kit on all your 50cc Derbi, Sherco, Rieju, Beta, Fantic, Aprilia, Yamaha…
